A few days prior to your arrival day, you will receive a mail from office(at)pensionkasper.at with the self-check-in information:
Check-In Times
On arrival you can check in any time beginning from 3pm.
If you wish to arrive earlier, please clarify this in advance with the reception. Phone: 25 262 +43/650/23
Thus, you can also check in at night with no problems.
How do I get into the house?
Arriving at the guesthouse you see just to the left of the entrance door a keypad.
Here you can enter the 4-digit door code - please just the code, nothing else.
After entering the code, pull the front door and enter the house.
Which room do I have?
Now you are in front of the reception.
To the left of the reception you will see an information screen.
There you will find your name next to your room number.
Where are the rooms?
The rooms are all located on the first and second floor of the house and can be reached via the stairs on your right.
Where is the key?
The key is inside of the unobstructed room door. (locked inside the door)
Voila - you've checked in , it's that easy.
In your room and at the reception desk you will find helpful brochures, area plans such as restaurants and bus stations in the vicinity of the pension to brochures about the sights of the city.
If you in your room missing something , or you have questions that are not answered in the provided information , you may contact the reception of the house of your room set with the number 100 , since we are a family , we ask for your understanding that we can not around the clock are reachable by phone . Talk to us on tape and we will answer as soon it is possible for us .
