Therme Wien – The Wellness Oasis

The largest thermal spa in Vienna is only about 5 minutes away by car, or about 15 minutes by public transport from Pension Kasper.

We recommend rounding off a relaxing day at the thermal spa with a walk back to the guesthouse along the Liesing stream. On your way, you will pass numerous traditional wine taverns where you can end the evening with a good glass of wine.

A walk through Kurpark Oberlaa, the so-called WIG, followed by a visit to the Kurkonditorei Oberlaa, is also highly recommended.

The WIG is the former site of the Vienna International Garden Show from 1974, which has since offered the people of Vienna and, of course, all visitors to Vienna a huge park area for relaxation. Kurpark Oberlaa is one of the most beautiful and best-maintained parks in all of Vienna. Everyone can find something here to enjoy.
