PRICES:

All prices are in EURO per room and night, including all taxes and fees.

PAYMENT
(unless otherwise agreed):

You can pay your hotel bill in cash (in Euros).
We also accept Maestro, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.
Other cards are not accepted.
12% per annum interest on arrears calculation.
When booking a collateralization in the form of a 50% deposit by bank transfer or in cash, or by specifying valid credit card must be paid.

There are only written agreements in the hotel contract accepted!

CANCELLATION POLICY
(unless otherwise agreed):

Cancellations and changes of reservations are only accepted in writing.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the full amount of reservation will be charged.
The guest has the right to occupy the rented rooms from 3pm on the agreed arrival day and to use on departure to 11am.

ANIMAL HUSBANDRY:
It is prohibited to take pets with you in the guesthouse Kasper.

If the accommodation contract on a certain period, it ends with the passage of time. If the guest departs early then the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the full fee.

Each guest agrees when booking that his name is visible to all hotel guests.

All reservations, changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The board Kasper is permitted after consultation with the client, a transfer to an equivalent hotel make.
