You think that a Cinema looks the same in every city? Sure the big cinema chains have already taken the upper hand in Vienna. But in Vienna there are still small historic theaters in which you can not only enjoy a good movie, but also the atmosphere of the cinema itself. Numerous presentations in English are offered.
As an example we would like to call the “Admiral-Kino” in the “Burggasse”, which is a venerable monument of the Viennese theater world with a construction time in 1912. Of course, the “Gartenbaukino” (built 1960) is also great, you can enjoy there sensational film premieres on the big screen and sit in the original equipment.
